one of the most
important gods
of Ancient Egypt
traveled through
thousands of years
and arrived nowadays. |

Horus
was seen as
a protector-god because of
his battles against injustice,
and also as a god
who
attacks and destroys evil
where and whenever
he can. |

Horus wants to spread a message of peace all
around the world.
He would like also to spread the Ancient
Egyptian civilization among the worldwide
Rotaractors
and in the meantime wants to know different
cultures and meet various culture characters
through his World tour. |

Project objectives:
1- Fellowship
Creating & strengthening fellowship bonds between the
participating clubs.
2- Peace
Send out a message of Peace through the ancient Egyptian
God (Horus) and different cultures characters.
3- Cultural Exchange
Exchanging symbols of our countries & cultures &
providing room for better communication and
understanding.
4- Promote your country
Learn about Ancient Egypt history, Egyptology & give
others an opportunity to learn about your country and
culture as well.

Project Details:
1. Send us a
statue of a character/ a symbol of your culture which
represents peace and its story.
2. Take a picture with your club members standing
the way Horus stands signed by the Club members.
3. Send us the printed picture with your club
flag/ country flag and a postcard.
4. Let us know about your club's History, in
addition to the contacts of the board of directors.
5. A printed copy of your club bulletin if it’s
possible.
You‘ll receive the following from Rotaract “Alex Cosmo”
& “El Tahrir”:
• Horus Story.
• 2 post cards (of Cairo & Alexandria).
• 2 group photos of the clubs (Cosmo & Tahrir) printed &
signed by club members.
• A printed History of our clubs.
• The contacts of the board of directors of the 2 clubs.
• A copy of our clubs' bulletins.
